Heather: no, it's just some website I found (and promptly forgot the address) where you can upload a pic of yourself as a bond villain and decorate yourself with sunglasses, hats and facial hair.
besides the cigar, this one seemed to fit my evil persona.
fyi it gave me a cooler name than Austo Stradoseptile, but I forgot it promptly. sigh.
In case you were wondering (I know I was) what I would look like if I were a Bond villain. Wonder no longer.
